The place is clean and usually professional, but recently I had a bad experience. One staff member had a rude attitude, my dermaplaning results weren’t satisfactory, and when I tried to follow up, no one was responsive. I hope they train their staff on proper customer service , Even reaching out on Instagram for a manager resulted in being blocked.

My experience at this place was unacceptable. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this beauty center almost every week since January 2025 — five months now. I’ve even brought several people here, believing in the quality of their service. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had problems, but today crossed a line.

I arrived for my usual slimming session and asked to focus a bit on my legs. The moment it started, the pain was unbearable. I immediately said, “It hurts too much, I don’t want to continue.” And yet, the therapist completely ignored me. She kept going, even though I clearly asked her to stop.

This is the same person who has been treating me for over a month, who saw me twice just last week. She knows me. She knows my body and my preferences. And she simply chose not to respect my boundaries. I had to physically get up and leave the room.

I asked to speak to the manager — someone I’ve spoken to before. While we were talking, the therapist was called into the room. She walked in without even looking at me and, worse, accused me of lying. A loyal client who comes every week, who has always been respectful, being disrespected like this?

That’s unprofessional. That’s unacceptable. That’s a complete lack of respect for a client.

She doesn’t even know my name, despite seeing me regularly. She doesn’t know how to treat people, and clearly this place doesn’t know how to stand by the truth or take care of their clients.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. My time, my body, and my voice deserve respect — and none of that was given here.

Although I was expecting a 60-minute cleansing facial, my recent experience fell short of my expectations. The session lasted for a maximum of 40 minutes, and unfortunately, the esthetician did not address my entire face, resulting in spots still remaining.

As a result, I was left unsatisfied with the service provided and would not recommend this to others. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of meeting the promised treatment time and ensuring that the entire face is thoroughly cleansed during the session.
