Terrible experience. No one else was there but it was extremely rushed; very poor quality haircut and poor customer service.

The review I posted this morning about the Al Sagheer ladies salon at the Four Seasons Nile Plaza was removed and taken off. Probably because the rating was not favourable. Would be much more professional to work on client comments and improve, rather than deleting the comment. Very unpleasant salon and not
suitable for a 5star hotel. No ambience, no capable management, not all stylists are properly trained. No value for money paid!

I have curly hair and only asked to get my hair straightened and they burnt my hair and now my hair lost its curls (some parts are still straight) even though I’ve washed it and used a hair mask after multiple times after. Never had this happen before. Do not recommend at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes just to get my hair styled and cut. After a whole hour, someone finally showed up and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted a haircut and to have it straightened. He looked surprised and said he couldn’t do it because he had five other clients, then just walked out to talk to his manager and left me sitting there. I ended up leaving and going to Ahmed & Abdou instead—got my hair straightened there in just 20 minutes. Never going back. they’ll treat you poorly
