The restaurant is flawless. Its seating is wonderful, their service is superb—very tasteful, classy, and well-organized. Their treatment is outstanding and truly sophisticated. As for the food, you can’t go wrong with their salmon salad; it’s amazing. Their famous and delicious platter is also a must-try. They’re also known for their delicious tacos. And of course, the cleanliness is top-notch. Honestly, it deserves five stars.

Amazing experience! The food was great, but what really stood out was the outstanding service. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks to “Ahmed mohesen and Mostafa “for their exceptional hospitality—they made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Scam alert. You would expect the service in such fancy restaurant to be top notch, but it was not the case. In fact the bill that we received included such items as “develop tax” and “entertainment tax” (although there was no live music or any kind of entertainment), plus additional VAT tax on both items (besides service charge and vat tax). The waiter and the manager tried to pretend that this is a standard government fee, but after we protested and argued, they agreed to remove the fees (amounting to 3500egp, around 20% of the bill).
This pathetic scam attempt completely changed our opinions about the place and the food, which were up to that point positive.
It is truly shocking that it happens in such a reputable hotel as Giza Palace.
