The service is very bad they use products that dry your hair so much it will literally start snapping off and the staff there are rude and one of them the tall blonde guy mocked me saying I needed extensions and was very unprofessional and kept asking if I needed to add extensions because my hair was short and did the whole hairstyle incorrectly only to ask me to get off his chair and go to someone else to fix and redo my hair not to mention that it was super dry ! After a couple of hours. Never coming back again.

I went to this hair salon to dye my hair, put highlights, get a cut, and straighten my hair. The dye was immaculate and it was picture perfect to the picture I wanted and this is why I gave them three starts. The stylists who colored, chose the dye and cleaned my hair were very spot on! That is why I gave this salon a 3 star. Thank you so much
Now, for the two missing stars, the hair stylist who straightened my hair LEGITMALLY burnt my hair. The smell of burnt hair reecks from my hair. If you are going to blow dry my hair with such strong heat that my eyes tear up, then you should not be passing that damn straightener on my hair like four to five times? Though she used such immense heat, she didn’t put any heat protectant on my hair. She didn’t even set my waves with a spray. My waves vanished by the time I went to bed. Not only that, but I am sorry to say this, the salon is overwhelming to work in due to their “walk in first, served first” policy. As a result, many of the stylists are tired and thus rightfully avoiding work. My stylist did not want to cut my hair and she kept saying how my hair will be “Standing up” if she cut it… Girl.. Really? Standing up? I ended up cutting my own bangs and no, dear, it didn’t “Stand up”; it’s fine. If anything, my hair will be dry like the sahara because you didn’t put any heat protectant on it + you BURNT IT. I gave them money for cutting my hair, I believe about 200 egp? She only trimmed my ends…and did not even do it well.
Anywho, thank you for your service. Although I will probably never go there to straighten my hair again but I will definetly go there to dye my hair if I ever needed it.

Terrible in salon service & after care.
They twist the truth.
They destroyed my hair with bleach and they use very old techniques in hair dye.
Even if you choose normal hair brushing and styling, they will still BURN/ FRY your hair.
I do not recommend at all.

clean place and good service welcoming staff, Thanks for Hend and Farah, but leak of system; i had to wait 3 hours to make my hair, they ruined my shirt with their materials, no treatment for the coloured hair, had to wait another 3 hours to enter the spa, spent 10 hours to only colour my hair and finish a small package. i like the place but this year it was the worst experience i had ever in my life.
