I visited this ladies’ spa and everything was absolutely perfect. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet, cozy, and incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the soft music makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

My recent visit to La Rose Spa was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt an immediate sense of calm; the ambiance is perfectly designed to help you disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Atmosphere & Ambiance: The interior design is elegant, featuring soothing lighting and subtle, calming scents that create an atmosphere of pure tranquility.
The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional. The therapists are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive to specific needs, ensuring the pressure and techniques used are exactly right.
Cleanliness is clearly a top priority here. Every area, from the reception to the treatment rooms, is impeccably clean, and the linens and equipment are sanitized and fresh.
The spa offers an impressive menu of treatments, ranging from therapeutic massages to high-end skincare and traditional rituals, making it a perfect one-stop destination for wellness.

I had a mixed experience at the spa. The massage itself was good, but it definitely did not last for the full 30 minutes as promised. The package and the offer looked amazing, which is why I paid for it, but unfortunately I did not receive all the services included.
The staff seemed unaware of which package I had paid for, so they were just doing random services without checking. Later, when I compared the package details with what I actually received, I realized that many things were missing.
For example, I paid for services like the Moroccan mask, but I never received it. The employee even asked me whether I wanted a hair cream bath or not, and I did not know it was already included in the package because nobody explained anything properly.
Also, I bought a loofah there and then could not find it afterward.
The offer itself was great, but the organization, communication, and service execution really need improvement.

My visit at the spa was one of the best pampering I ever did. The girl who did my waxing with Halaoua was amazing!!! We finished the waxing in 15 min, super fast and efficient. I also did full body massage and facial massage with Amel and she was INCREDIBLE!!! I definetely recommend her! Lastly i did my hydrafacial with Eman and she was incredible as well. Thumps up to the friend of mine who suggested this place, she was right! Amazing stuff, polite, professional and very clean premises. My place to go from now on every time I visit Cairo!🙌🏻
