Harmony Bliss Spa was a place I was really looking forward to trying. The photos and reviews made it seem like the perfect spot to relax and unwind—but unfortunately, the experience didn’t even get that far.

Before booking, I asked about availability for one of their spa packages and whether I needed a fixed appointment or could walk in. That’s when communication completely fell apart. They stopped replying, and when I tried calling, my calls ignored without proper answers. Even something as simple as sending the location became difficult—they either didn’t respond or replied with very vague, one-line messages.

The situation became even more confusing when, out of nowhere, they told me to “come tomorrow,” then immediately said I had to book online through a link. On top of that, they ended up making a reservation for me at a completely different spa (Soly Spa)—which looked nothing like what I originally asked for.

Finally, they told me there were no available reservations for the day and asked me to come at 11 AM the next day—after all the mixed messages.

Overall: Extremely disorganized communication and a frustrating booking process. It completely ruined the experience before it even started. Definitely needs major improvement in customer handling and clarity.

Very poor communication.
Made me take a 20 minutes uber to tell me they don’t offer Moroccan bath right now.
