I used to be a regular customer until they were shut down by the vice police last summer. Then suddenly they’ve decided to re-open today. I tried to get in touch with them but they hired someone who has ZERO knowledge in English. It gets worse, as the new owner/manager decided to hire male therapists for men during night time, while the ladies are available during the daytime, which shows that they have no clue how to run a massage business. Because most men wouldn’t go for male therapists, especially that other massage places offer female therapists.
Whoever is in charge of Aroka is running this business to the ground. Just cut your losses and sell it to a competitor who knows how to run a successful business since you’re clueless enough to suddenly re-open without doing proper market research..

The place is absolutely beautiful – from the moment you enter, you’re greeted by wonderful aromas, perfect lighting, and a welcoming atmosphere.
“Mira”, who provided my massage, was incredibly professional and made every moment of my session enjoyable. I booked the “De-Stress Package,” which is a luxurious two-hour session that left me feeling completely calm and rejuvenated.
The booking process was seamless too – I called the same day and was able to secure an appointment immediately, which was perfect for my spontaneous self-care needs.
Overall, a 10/10 experience! My body felt amazing afterward, and I can’t wait to return. ❤️❤️

I recently visited this Thai spa and was impressed with the skills of the Thai therapists; they were excellent. The ambiance of the spa was also quite nice. owever, I was very disappointed with the service from the two ladies at the front desk. They were unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy. I hope they can receive proper training in customer service and etiquette. While they don’t need to be overly friendly, basic politeness is essential. It’s a shame to waste the talents of such skilled therapists and the spa’s good reputation.

My husband made an appointment for us here for a couple’s massage on Valentine’s Day. They are located next to CAC so it’s a beautiful area. Their business in behind a gate and inside is a nice grass area and table. Inside, the reception was very clean smelled of natural oil fragrances and the girls up front were helpful and kind.
The massage room was very spacious and at the perfect temperature. The two therapists did a supurb job and it didn’t feel rushed at all.
After the massage, we enjoyed a nice lemon ginger tea and the girls gave us some flowers for Valentine’s Day. Recommend to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is located in the heart of Maadi between the greeneries and the narrow streets. The place was super clean, quiet and cozy. Starting from the front desk the girl was very polite and professional , explained the massage types in details so I went for hour of deep tissue for 1500, a little bit pricey for cairo but it did the job pretty well I was entering with stiffness almost covering every muscle, went out very relaxed and refreshed, the girl was very very professional I really think the experience was worth the Money.
