The Moroccan bath was good not bad,but they were not clear about the prices before starting
The reception staff were not professiona And
The pedicure service was very poor and far below expectations. Overall, the customer service needs significant improvement.👎👎

They changed our Turkish bath to Moroccan bath without telling us. And they took out the foam part completely, again without saying ANYTHING. Umm, hello! That’s literally a huge part of these baths!

And our plan was at 4 PM, but they took us in at 4:30. I even confirmed with them a few days before and the morning of because we have other commitments afterwards and then they made us late.

By the way, don’t take their couples or friends package. They will just make you watch one another and it will take twice as long. I’ve never seen this before at any spa! Normally a friend package or a couples package means that you’re doing things together.

Then they said the experience would be two hours, but it ended up being three hours because of doing us by one.

Moreover, when we confronted them about the change of Turkish to Moroccan, and they didn’t do the foam bath or anything, they just made some excuses and started lying and saying oh we asked you and they did not, and then they were like oh don’t worry the strange lotion we put on you instead of the foam is better.

Communication is absolutely terrible. The day of, I had to message and ask what we need to bring instead of them messaging us. Then they said we have to pay for a scrubbing glove 150 egp each. This is something they don’t tell you in advance so this is how they get you.

They are also very unprofessional because after all of this treatment they were refusing to give any sort of discount or compensation for it. They literally don’t care about Customer Service and just care about money. When I was complaining to them, all they had to say was “I’m sorry”. That’s all they kept saying, but they weren’t doing anything to make up for it.

The facility itself is also old and strange and not the cleanest. There’s nothing nice about it. There’s nothing relaxing about it.

At the end, we paid a measly 3000 egp for some cheap product to be scrubbed on our bodies. The quality of the products they use also doesn’t seem good.

Stay away from this place. It’s a scam and they’re liars. You’ve been warned.
