The perfect spot for girls ,we usually attend some classes belly dance , zomba , cardio , flexibility, hibhop ….
🧖🏻♀️ They have all what we need when it comes to jacuzzi & sauna and steam room .
They have movie room with big screenwhile we do treadmill perfect for me and my friends 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️

To be honest, people there were very nice. However, the gym is not maintained, and equipment is old rusty and broken. Wooden floor tiles are broken, too. I was worried about using the sauna and jacuzzi, given all I have seen. I went 5 times only with the month membership and won’t go back.

Very friendly staff. Clean equipments. Extreme care for hygiene. All essential gym equipments are available. Daily various fun and intensive classes. Colourful jacuzzi available. Spacious areas.

They disrespected the deal they just agreed upon “a” day before! Breaking a deal is Very inCompetent, so my girl quit cause of that rudeness. They are mean and offer-wise very manipulate when it comes to money, everyone at there counter makes a different deal so that’s rubbish marketing principals, used as a bait to tangle expat members!. Even if they arrange a party to socialize, they ask everyone to pay inorder to participate, that’s so cheap!. My girl hired a personal trainer, who repeated the same exercises and hardly utilized her time for her. The only good part is it’s a ladies only place, which is now available in a couple of places in Maadi, so for my girl it’s a never again thing!

They have good offers. Especially with coaches and program guides. Approachable staff personnels. Overall, it is a good one and I even recommended it to my friends.
