I had a wonderful experience. The medical massage was very relaxing, and the therapist (Lahny from Philippinen)was highly professional and skilled. She gave me a session that helped improve my blood circulation, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The place is clean, quiet, and very calming, making it a perfect environment to unwind. The reception staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Exactly What I Needed 🤍
This place was exactly what I needed.
They’ve clearly put care into every single detail—from the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere. I’ve been incredibly stressed lately with graduation, internship planning, traveling, and moving between cities, so I was really looking for the right place to unwind. I came across Lab Recovery and decided to give it a chance despite some negative reviews—but honestly, my experience was the complete opposite.
They truly deserve every pound paid.
I booked a 1-hour Swedish massage and had requested an Indonesian or Filipino therapist, but I was assigned a Moroccan therapist instead. Even though that detail was missed, it didn’t affect my experience at all. She was incredibly welcoming, quiet, and highly professional. In fact, I genuinely wish I had booked 90 minutes instead.
I usually go for relaxing massages, but trying the Swedish massage this time was the best decision—I had such an amazing experience.
The place itself is spotless, neat, and smells beautiful. Even the towels were perfectly clean and fresh. The design is minimalistic yet very aesthetically pleasing. I loved it so much that I couldn’t leave without taking photos of every corner to share with my family, friends, and on Instagram.
Honestly, just looking at the jacuzzi and pool area makes you feel relaxed.

Very positive experience. Overall, the experience was very good.
The environment is relaxing and inviting from the moment you walk in. Even though it’s inside a mall, once you enter you really feel the spa atmosphere. The place is clean overall, and the staff were very friendly. The experience was truly amazing and I am looking forward to my next spa visit.

Lovely service from the staff, clean and the towels and robes were comfortable. Massage was amazing! I had a medical but she combined a few techniques based on my injury and I would highly recommend this. We also got a complimentary compression session because they ran a little late and this was so kind of them. The jacuzzi was a great temperature and the ice bath was great. It would be better if the ice bath was deeper, but it was a great experience. We paid 2500 for a massage and spa use. Sauna and steam room were both good.
