I visited this salon in mid-February and had my makeup and hair done for three consecutive days. I was charged 6,000 EGP for makeup and 1,600 EGP for hair each time. At the time, I didn’t question the pricing as the service itself was good.
In mid-March, I visited again while staying at Hyatt hotel and brought my three daughters for hair services. This time, I was charged 1,100 EGP per haircut, 700 EGP per blow-dry, 2,400 EGP for dyeing two small strands, 650 EGP each for nail color (without cleaning), and 1,300 EGP for a hair cream. The total bill came to 12,250 EGP.
What was very disappointing is that I later discovered major inconsistencies in pricing. A friend who visited just two days before me was charged 550 EGP for a haircut and 350 EGP for a blow-dry. After leaving Egypt, another Egyptian friend who is a regular customer told me she pays only 250 EGP for a blow-dry.l at this salon!
While I cannot deny that the quality of service was very good, the lack of transparency and consistency in pricing is very concerning. It made me feel taken advantage of as a visitor, which overshadowed the entire experience.
Unfortunately, due to this lack of professionalism and unclear pricing practices, I would not recommend this salon.

Staying at the Hyatt and thought to try this salon out as I was in need of a blow out. Wahid gave me a phenomenal blowout ! He was knowledgeable and an expert in every level. Had an amazing experience. His entire team was outstanding, they answered all my questions and had no issues with the language barrier as they spoke English as well. Would definitely recommend them even if you’re not staying at the hotel. (I’m a very picky person so trust me with this review).

Amazing salon. All the employees are fantastic. I stayed at the Hyatt for a week and everyday stopped by the salon. Chris did amazing French braids and haircut. The girl gave a great manicure and pedicure. My mom had her haircut done by another employee who was also great.
This salon was the best part of the hotel.
