The Moroccan bath and massage at Queens are honestly exceptional. The Moroccan bath specialist is very professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly kind. The experience was clean, relaxing, and one of the best I’ve had in Egypt, especially if you enjoy a strong massage. The products used were also high quality, particularly the scrub.
However, my experience with the manicure and pedicure was disappointing. Although the products used seemed to be of good quality, the specialist was very aggressive despite me repeatedly explaining that I have extremely sensitive skin. I ended up bleeding multiple times during the service, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I was also concerned about the hygiene of the tools, as I did not see them being opened from a sealed package or sterilized in front of me.
I would highly recommend the Moroccan bath and massage, but I would not recommend the manicure and pedicure, especially for anyone with sensitive skin.

We tried the spa with Najwa, and it was beyond amazing. She is highly professional, hardworking, and one of the best technicians I have ever experienced. She doesn’t talk excessively and stays fully focused on her work. The massage she provided was absolutely heavenly—I enjoyed it so much.
The pedicure and manicure with Omayma were also excellent. She clearly knows exactly what she is doing and pays great attention to detail.
I also tried eyebrow threading with Sabrin, and she was amazing. She shapes your eyebrows exactly the way you want, enhancing their natural beauty rather than over-threading them.
The Dermapen treatment with Hajar was a perfect choice two weeks before my wedding when she recommended it. She was very professional, and I was extremely happy with the results. I will definitely continue doing my Dermapen sessions with her in the future.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend their services.
The only area for improvement would be the appointment timing, as it could be managed a little better to reduce waiting time and make the experience even smoother.

I had to wait almost an hour to get my nails done, when I made a reservation i spoke English because my Egyptian is not the best. i asked for blowout and gel nails. When I got there on the clock ( that’s what reservations are for) they started with my hair it got ruined and frizzy immediately after the blowout , mind you i have a very soft hair. Then i kept on waiting bc of the gel polish 💅🏻 they asked me what i want three times and each time i said gel then the one at the front desk was like no you did not mention that on the phone i said i did but in english and her English wasn’t great so it could’ve been lost in translation or wtv. Then after an hour i compromised for a normal manicure which they did but when I got home there were tiny bubbles underneath the polish which looks like tiny holes. I asked the lady to use uv light and she said no let it air-dry which never happens in my country. Now I’m left with a blowout that i had to redo myself and a tripophobia triggering nails.

One of the best experiences I ever had in a beauty salon. The place is ultimately clean; your eyes won’t catch any unpleasant sight. It smells great because of the incense burning.
The girls are beautiful, joyful, and made everything easier, specifically:
– Ms. Heba the manager, who greeted me with a pretty smile and a calm face, and offered me the best cup of turkish coffee ☕❤️
– Ms. Mona, who worked with me tirelessly for long hours. Amazing human being. She makes the place feel like home, does everything gently like a sister, and give her work a unique professional touch. Everybody loves her.
