I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in with healthy, natural curls, but after the bleaching service, my hair has been severely damaged. My curls are ruined, my hair feels burnt, dry, and extremely weak. The result is nothing like what I asked for.
I trusted the salon to assess whether my hair could safely handle the bleaching process. If my hair was not suitable for this treatment, they should have informed me instead of proceeding. A professional salon should always prioritize the health of a client’s hair.
What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability afterward. I have documented the condition of my hair before and after the appointment.
I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience. I hope they take greater care in protecting their clients’ hair and take responsibility when things go wrong.

Worst salon ever — avoid at all costs!
I had a booking on Monday, July 6th, with Nesrine. No one called to inform me she had taken an extra day off. They pushed another technician on me, claiming she was a “professional.” She wasn’t. She didn’t know how to file nails, do ombré, or even apply gel polish without bubbles. I was stuck there from 5:30 PM until 10:00 PM just for my hands. It was a complete disaster, they asked for 900!!!!! and they still charged me 700 EGP for destroying my nails instead, without a single apology.
Update (Tuesday, July 7):
By the next day, 4 of my nails had already broken. No one from management reached out or apologized.
Update (Wednesday):
I messaged Nesrine directly because I refused to pay a single extra pound for this mess. She checked the damage and had me come in so she could fix them herself.
Latest Update (Today):
I just received a bizarre message from the salon asking me to update/remove my bad review because they “fixed my issue for free.” Seriously?! What kind of customer service is this? You waste 4.5 hours of my time, ruin my nails, charge me 700 EGP, force me to come back a second day to get them fixed, and then have the nerve to ask for a better review? Absolutely zero courtesy. They drove me crazy. Save your money and your nails—don’t go here.

Very disappointing experience.
I went to this salon to have my nails removed, and the process severely damaged my natural nails. Parts of my nails were torn off, causing significant pain that I’m still dealing with.
I contacted the salon and was told that someone from management would reach out to me the next day. No one ever did, and my complaint was completely ignored.
The damage itself was bad enough, but the lack of accountability and customer care afterward was even more disappointing. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I had a pedicure with Malak, and unfortunately she was wearing artificial nails and seemed more concerned about protecting her own nails than providing proper service. She trimmed my nails and removed dead skin without soaking my feet properly first. When I got home, my feet were still very dry and felt as if I hadn’t had a pedicure at all.
On the positive side, Nora, who does the waxing, is skilled, professional, and very respectful. They also do hair services well.
Another major issue was the waiting time. I spent about 4 hours at the salon, which is far too long and unacceptable.
Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I was quite disappointed.

Had the worst experience at the salon i was dyeing my hair and she did exactly what i asked her not to do and kept trying to fix it but couldn’t then i left and came back
on another day just for them to try to fix it but its even worse now my roots are red and my hair is streaky ash and of course very dry and they wouldn’t give me a refund even the owner came but kept covering for them and told me if i pay more they can do what i want wouldn’t recommend the salon to anyone unless u want your hair damaged and looking vulgar….
Almost all of the staff are very unprofessional
