I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the reception staff were very polite and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait long before heading to our rooms, which were exceptionally clean and offered a wonderful sea view.
Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and fresh options. However, lunch was a big disappointment — the food was cold, and the grills had an unpleasant smell. It seemed like the lunch chef lacked proper experience.
The hotel’s private beach was nice and had a cool atmosphere, but unfortunately, the water had a strong smell of gasoline or benzene, possibly due to yacht landings and potential fuel leakage.
Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with its friendly staff and beautiful views, but improvements are definitely needed in the dining and beach maintenance areas.

The stuff is amazing, and the service was very good. The reception staff is more than wonderful specially Mrs. Cristen and Mr. Mohanad, they were so friendly and helpful. I recommend going there for spending some wonderful and calm holidays.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality.
The staff is very supportive, always greeting us with a smile and quick to assist with any requests.
The food was equally delightful; every meal was well-prepared and bursting with flavor, making dining a true highlight of our stay.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere and great cuisine.

-For me it was a cozy quiet place until the evening they only open a speacer with good music
– it was a safe place for kids
-the staff are polite and treating us well and always smiling.
– the food was very good and the chef modifies the food as you like
the dish that I liked the most is the potato buree,the service was good

-the best thing there that the hotel is near to every thing in the city

The hotel from the outside looked very poor. They only give one room key card and the rooms were 90% clean for example the stuff that were broken or old were not replaced by new stuff, and the kettle was dirty from all the way down but the rest was good. The food was terrible, the only dishes that were actually good were the soups and the potatoes were not bad, there was not much dishes available plus they were very common daily. The beach was pretty clean, but it smelled like the sewer and there were a bunch of people that would sneak in the hotel part of the beach and they were very annoying, disturbing, dirty, and loud. Except there was water activities, for example jet ski, the couch, banana boat, etc…
In conclusion i do not recommend going to this hotel because it’s very low standard.
