The monster is one place where you can eat pies, shawarma, and crepes. We tried all three, and they were terrible, not to mention expensive.
The only decent thing they have is fresh balah al-sham and luqaimat.

The place inside, not the one on the corner, I only tried the balah al-sham so as not to be unfair to it. I got the menu to order other items, but it was closed, to be honest. I tried the balah al-sham and the zalabia, and they were terrible. They made the balah al-sham with harissa dough and left them with a bad taste. I was afraid to order pizzas or anything else from them, to be honest.

It was awful! The fruit on the cake turned out sour, I swear to God, from personal experience. We returned both cakes to them.

Damietta Sweets is located at the end of the street. Honestly, it’s a mixed restaurant, offering everything, not just sweets. They make crepes, pizzas, and beautiful cakes and excellent pies. I tried their pies, and they were more than wonderful. Their prices are affordable for everyone; pies start from 25 Egyptian pounds and up.
