Khaled & Brothers Fresh Fish

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant.

From the start, the atmosphere was poor. There was no staff available to help select the fish, and I had to chase someone down to assist me. Unfortunately, the staff were unfriendly and seemed to deliberately choose older fish instead of the fresh options I pointed out.

The prices were noticeably higher compared to other markets and restaurants, yet the quality and taste did not justify the cost. After paying at the cashier, I was told to return in an hour and a half, which could have been more reasonable if they had more staff and a better system in place.

When I returned, I had to wait at the bar for someone to take my receipt, only to be met with rude and unhelpful service. The area was overcrowded with other customers waiting, creating unnecessary congestion. On top of that, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for butterfly prawns after the already long delay.

To make matters worse, when I asked for rice, tahini, and salad, I was directed to another location to collect them. It would have been far more efficient and convenient if everything was served together from one point instead of making customers run around.

Overall, the service, organization, and atmosphere were extremely poor. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I tried take away, service is good, fish is fresh, they take 1.5 hour to have your order ready . Better go as early possible to avoid crowds. Pricy !!!!and area is congested !!
