Great location and wonderful view

Great location. You have everything within reach: grocery, fresh produce, roastry, baker’s, pharmacy…..
The hotel also has a very nice sea view. Everything else is a disaster. The food is a complete failure.

Details:
Without the view this is a below average hotel. Your mom cooks better food, the bathrooms are not clean nor functional in the way you’d expect, the windows take quite a force to open, overall it’s very worn out and not well taken care of. Opt for the higher floors (4th and above) for a great view. This is the only thing you’ll love about Bell Air. If you’re on a budget and love a perfect view go for it. If you want a nice experience check the hotel next to it (Rio).

positives:-
1.location: the view is great you can see the sea clearly from most of rooms.
2.moderate budget: it costed about 450 L.E per single room during the summer.
3. Staff: was helpful and cooperative
Negatives:-
1.cleaning was moderate but i think they should take more cleaning steps into consideration.
2. Rooms are old and not modified throw years, walls are oily painted and elevator was not clean despite its gas smelling all the day.
…My advice if you are looking for a moderate hotel to stay during the summer with a suitable price this will not be a bad choice, but do not raise your expectations.

Nice modern and centrally located. One of the few good options.
Hotel Bell Air is quite a good option if you’re in Matrouh. It’s not a beach hotel – unfortunately, but it is at the heart of town, just steps from the public beach and the Cornish.
The rooms are spacious and well kept, service is very good and food is mediocre; but then again there are a lot of food choices in Matrouh.
The rates are fine except for July and August where everything goes crazy as far as prices are concerned.
My overall experience with Bell Air was positive.
