I had a very disappointing experience at this store in Mall of Egypt. My friend bought a concealer, did not open or use it, but later realized the shade didn’t match. When she went back to exchange or return it, the staff refused, claiming it had been opened — which is not true.
It’s very frustrating to see a lack of fairness and poor customer service. We expected more from a store in such a reputable mall. Shoppers deserve honesty, respect, and better treatment.

Very bad shop lairs bad service, I bought a concealer Lancôme , I got a darker shade which I took home and when I got come checked my concealer found other shade so I return to them to change it , telling me I open it , I didn’t open it bec it’s not the shade I have , very unprofessional , never going there again

Mall of Egypt, is where I had the best shopping experience, especially at Faces. All Fragrance, cosmetics& hair products. Anything you require for your grooming. As I see, you would miss a lot there if you didn’t visit this location.
