New Sultana

I had an amazing experience at New Sultana Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish was prepared perfectly and exceeded my expectations.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. The atmosphere was also comfortable and enjoyable, making the whole dining experience even better.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back again!

I recently visited this restaurant and was shocked by the lack of cleanliness in food preparation and serving. No one wore latex gloves, resulting in food being handled with hands stained with food remnants. I personally witnessed someone taking cream out of the package and spreading it on pizza with dirty fingers, and another person putting nuts on top of the pizza in a disgusting manner.

What’s even worse is that they put the pancakes directly in cardboard containers without a healthy plastic bag between the food and the container, which is made from waste paper and is not suitable for packaging food directly without insulation.

The restaurant doesn’t have a closed dining hall, and instead, serves food on the street in crowded areas amidst dust and annoying noises. On top of all that, they charge a service fee, which is absurd given the circumstances of eating outdoors and obstructing traffic.

this was the worst food experience I’ve ever had, and I believe the previous positive reviews are fake. I strongly advise avoiding this restaurant.

Expensive and not very good, they give you very light plastic fork and knife that breaks too easily.
