One of the best experiences ever, amazing staff, amazing rooms with wonderful sea view. The hotel is located in one of the best places in Marsa matrouh 💯💯, special thanks to the general manager Mr. Maged & Mrs Asmaa, for me this hotel is 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ not ⭐️⭐️⭐️, very good quality compared to Money as well. I highly recommend to everyone to visit it and try this amazing hotel 🏨 💯

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
No clean rooms, no hygiene, no good food or drinks.
The open buffet is very bad and very weak, and even the salad bar is one of the worst I have ever seen in my life.
Nothing nice at all, honestly a very bad experience.

Amazing experience at this hotel : the staff is really friendly, the rooms are spacious with great AC and they give you free water bottles everyday.
The buffet is next level with a menu that is really rich for dinner with usually 2-3 types of meat along with veggies, a pasta stand with white sauce pasta & Bolognese. The dessert stand has all types of Egyptian pastries with fruits, cakes and jello. For breakfast, you have eggs, all types of pastries, salads and Egyptian tea.
The view is great as it’s really in front of the sea.
Highly recommend this hotel, the owner is really kind as well.

Very well-located in central Matrouh, food is average. Staff are nice and supportive. Rooms are clean but little small for two. Unfortunately no beach option that makes it not good option.

Booked a room for 2 as a last minute reservation on the day as we got catfished by another hotel down the road (Delmar hotel, absolutely disgusting).
Overall experience was amazing, especially the staff, they were all so nice and welcoming.
One of the staff members (Maged) who booked us in even helped me book a private minibus to take me and my family back to Cairo.
