I had very bad experience today in la Dama today not even 1 .. it’s zero service ,the lady who does the nails treated me in very rude way and disrespect that I lost my temper despite having an appointment for the service and when I mentioned I won’t come again Saïd better .. I haven’t seen such customer service in any country … very poor customer service highly not recommended..

I loved my wavy hair blond dryer was cool , and the girl for menicure she wanted to help the my nails not healthy thanks but I just got sure my nail is okay I can make gel polish

The best salon! The service is amazing, best nail service in Cairo and my curly hair has never been cut better. I always feel taken care of when I’m there and I just love to go. Highly recommend.

The BEST salon. Did my nails and curly hair and I was so satisfied with the results. They are so professional and sweet. They are so helpful and always willing to give you tips on any inquiry. They also have a booth where you can buy so many products, same prices like normal sometimes even discounted. I absolutely love the staff and the vibes. The place is fully equipped with high materials items and the staff are very knowledgeable. Let alone their price list is insane. They offer the best prices in my opinion. Definitely go check them out.
