I did a hair treatment yesterday and it turned out really good and I was charged 2.5k for my short hair which is fair.
They suggested trimming only split ends so my hair becomes healthier and it took them less than a minute for the triming, I was charged 400LE for the split ends? It’s absurd. I was happy until they set me up to charge me more for that.

Unprofessional and below average. The owner did a terrible job coloring my hair and he was quite rude. The rest of the staff was nice but not experienced. I also did a manicure & pedicure and I would not recommend.

In and out in 15 min,felt really uncomfortable as I felt the staff looking down at me for not speaking Arabic. Khaled cut me hair in 5 min, basically only cut the right length. No work on the layers, none of the usual questions. Said thank u and walked away before I even had time to get my hair out of my face.

Had a horrible hair cut experience. I had to be served by some lady because I’m veiled. She took like 10 mins to make me look like the mad hatter! When I told her that the cut was obviously lob sided, and pointed out the longer aide she told me it’s my neck that’s crooked ! They charged me 200 pounds!
