Qasr el Bawety is the perfect lodge. It’s a beautiful space with wonderful landscaping and a variety of room types to choose from, all decorated in a simple but very cozy way that fits perfectly with the surrounding environment. My friends and I stayed in a house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a living room, and it was gorgeous. The fact that it’s a family-run business makes it even more warm, and the owner Mahmoud is an extremely lovely guy who is kind and very accomodating, ready to help with whatever you need. There are a few things you can do there too like take a dip in the hot spring or go up the mountain to watch the sunset. I will definitely be coming back.

The place is very comfy and has a fascinating camping spots. Rooms were very clean. The hotel has a hot spring bath you can’t get enough from it. Mr. Mahmoud the owner is very kind man. The hospitality was great we would go there again and again.

Very beautiful ecolodge i Bahareya Oasis, rooms are big & authentic to the place, there is springs in there for swimming instead of pools, breakfast is delicious but needs more variety, lunch & dinner are very delicious (I took a meal), customer service was great, staff are friendly feels like home. The hotel surroundings is walkways with palm trees on both sides…nature is breathtaking, I was very happy & wish to come back.

Let me start by saying that this is a magical place, hands down.
Talkimg about the rooms which has that old fashioned style, even in the room all built with big rocks and old wood.
Don’t worry there is electricity 😅
Although the place is old fashioned and some of toilets and bathrooms needs some renovation and to be renewed, the reason am giving that place a 5 is because of its authenticity.
One of the authentic styled hotels or more like a lodge that really fit the Wahat style and the desert style.
Food is cool, not something fancy again, regular local Egyptian food for breakfast and lunch.
I was with a guy who did the entire trip and even for spending a night in the white 🏜. So I think they have their own organizer who will organize the stay and the visits.
I’m definitely thinking if return back In a less warmer weather although we were in November 😅

A great hotel the weather is great they have a hot spring in the hotel the food is great it’s near the palm trees , the room is cosy clean have hot water, no TV or wifi , the place inside lime a forest stairs .
