If there is no star definitely i will give…

Yesterday we decided to watch the final match for liverpool, we have called the Cafe’ through the phone to reserve 5 setes by 20:00, on the arrival: the receptionatiest show me the outdoor area as i confirmed with him over the phone but unfortunately was almost full as well as old-fashion chair which is very far from the screen!! so we decided to change the plan and agree to set indoor in AC next to bar area.

In the following steps i am gonna explain what they have done during and after the match:

– We have ordered 4 cafe and 2 bottles of water, after 25 minutes the waiter bring them!!!
– During the match no one came to us to ask for any additional drinks!!
– We have called the water in second half, to order 2 bottle of water and he bring it after 10 minutes!!
– Before the end someone came and asked each one in the indoor area (What did you drink?)!!!!!!!! and have collected the minimum charge which is 25 LE per persone “”even he was not wearing the Cafe’ uniform””
– We have updated him, he went and after a while he came back with no bill and said our bill is 95LE and the balance i will take (: (OKAY), we said nothing. just we have shocked!
– End of the match another guy came and said please move from here as we need to rearrange the area, and once we moved from back line to front line one he bring a girl to our bar seats.

Although it’s a potentially great open and closed Cafe areas, yet it’s not well equipped for cold weather. I was astonished that they don’t serve any kind of food.

Place is good in general. Beverages are good, food is below average. Service goes up and down depending on the shift staff, but most of the guys are not friendly enough with customers.
