The worst time I’ve ever bought anything, and I paid a lot of money for a cake that was, to say the least, stale and low-quality. I went at 1:30 PM, and the mille-feuille was awful, absolutely terrible. Each piece cost 45 Egyptian pounds, which is close to the price at Exception, El Abd, and Etwal, but the quality wasn’t worth 10 pounds. This is the first and last time I’ll buy from them.
However, the girl working at the counter was very respectful, incredibly polite, and had a lovely smile. She wasn’t upset about the money I paid because of her. But the quality itself was terrible, and unfortunately, it was substandard.
