The food is genuinely great, but the absolute lack of organization is what penalized this review. The first time we came, we had a good experience. We got hamburgers around midnight, and even though the food took about 30 minutes, it wasn’t a problem given the time. Plus, the prices are very reasonable and affordable, especially from a foreigner’s standpoint.
However, our second visit was a different story. It took close to 40 minutes for all the food to get to the table. It’s one thing if the restaurant was full, but there were literally only 4 tables occupied. The timing was a mess—the pizza arrived after 25 minutes, but the paninis, salad, and quesadillas didn’t show up until 15 minutes after that.
As for the food itself, the guacamole with the avocado was extremely sour because there was way too much lemon in it. On a positive note, I really liked the passion fruit mojito (pro tip: mix it well!), but it wasn’t enough to save the experience.
Another thing I found interesting was that you couldn’t remove an ingredient from the dishes, for example I didn’t want peppers on the quesadilla and it wasn’t possible to remove them. While it isn’t anything overly problematic I just found it absurd.
To be clear: The employees are not to blame at all. They are doing their best, but the dysfunctional management is the issue. It’s a shame because the food is good, but the lack of coordination makes it hard to come back.

I had this amazing watermelon-avocado juice prepared by Mostafa. It tastes soooo good! Thank you so much for this. He is talented in preparing beverages, such as juices, and Turkish coffee.
The lounge is a very nice place to hangout or sit to quietly read.
The staff is welcoming, quick, and friendly, and the supervisors are always around.
