I was extremely disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We ordered our food and were told it would take 15 minutes. However, we received our food over 50 minutes later. I understand that the restaurant might be busy, but there was only one other customer in the store when we ordered.

The spices were excessive, and it was also very salty. I asked to eat at the restaurant, but they didn’t give me a napkin with the food, and the food wasn’t wrapped.

Food wasn’t disappointing, and the service was okay. For some reason the restaurant really struggles with cleanliness. No table was clean, the floor was dirty and so was the bathroom. Even the sporks I received were dirty and I had to ask for a new one. The tray was also a bit dirty. It’s almost like it’s intentional. Definitely the dirtiest KFC I’ve been to but the food was good, except the rice was kind of undercooked and had lots of oil at the bottom of the cup it came with.

There is public toilet in KFC!
I had been to this KFC one year back, I waited to wash my hand for more than 30 minutes, it was engaged. The funny part is people just using toilet inside KFC as public toilet. Situation is same today. Finally we wore hand gloves to eat food.
Now on taste and quality of food- I have tasted KFC from different cities. This is the worst ever.
Not recommended to anyone.
