Review: Safety Hazard and Poor Service
I’m usually easy to please with a hot chocolate, but my experience here was genuinely unsafe. The drink was served at a boiling temperature, making the cup physically painful to hold.
When I noticed they didn’t provide cardboard sleeves, I asked the staff for a second cup to double-wall it—a standard request in most cafes. Instead, the employee dismissed me and told me to “just use a tissue,” pointing toward the napkin dispenser. Expecting a customer to DIY a heat shield out of thin napkins is ridiculous. Between the lack of basic supplies and the “not my problem” attitude, I won’t be returning.

The hot chocolate was served dangerously hot—boiling, in fact—and the shop doesn’t provide cup sleeves. When I asked for a second cup to protect my hands, the staff member told me to use a napkin instead. It’s a basic safety issue paired with a total lack of effort. Save your hands and go elsewhere.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but the service here was staggering. My drink was served so hot it was actually painful to hold, yet the shop doesn’t offer cup sleeves.
When I asked for a spare cup to avoid a burn, the barista told me to “just use a tissue” from the napkin stand. I wasn’t looking to “MacGyver” a cup holder out of paper-thin napkins just to drink my cocoa. If you value your skin and decent service, skip this place.

The first impression you get, it is a very colorful place, and you eat with your eye there first, and the taste confirms it, one of the most delicious ice cream I have ever tasted, the vibes is excellent, their chocolate and deserts are amazing and eye catching, I did not try their drinks because if the waiting line, but sure I will find a time to taste it soon

I couldn’t find moko almaza branch so I am writing my review here.
The reason why this branch is successful is 1 person “ Ahmed Haggag” the manager.
He is a brilliant, smart, kind, sharp, energetic person. He is always smiling and a perfect sales person. If all Egyptians were like him, we would be in another place.
A message to the owner, he will be head hunted very soon. Take care, you have a gem you don’t realise.
This is the 2nd time I have reviewed a place and an employee would be a star.

Stunning ice cream, and please don’t compare this ice cream with dara’s. This is on another level.
Dara is an overrated ice cream, a hype, branding, and lots of shops. Their I cream is below avg for me.
Moko on the other hand is stunning, they dont know how to do something bad.
I can’t say enough how good they are.
Can compare them with ice cream shops around the world. But not the best 😅
