I am genuinely impressed. The building, organization, cleanliness and staff are outstanding. The play start time was actually 20 minutes after the reported time on the ticket. The only downside is about 10% of the guests that arrived late and made a scene to get to their seats. Even with the organizers best efforts, some guests took seats different than the ones reserved. Seriously, it almost ruined 15 minutes of the play while they bothered guests by blocking the view, made noise arguing with the organizers and other guests. This should not be tolerated and I think the organizers should take a more strict stance so that this does not reoccur. All the best to the workers and management.

Toilets are clean
The theater is wide and you can see the stage clearly wherever u sit
2 small candy shops are present. Overpriced but they provide main products as water and snacks
The only drawback was the Ac, it was too high . Get ur jacket with u

Excellent place for family. My niece dances Ballet here and their ballet school is absolutely brilliant. She is enjoying it so are we. The premises are beautifully designed, clean and the stage is very well equipped

I went to attend Ahmed Amen show, the show was great and funny. However the organization to enter the show wasn’t so good. They mad very nice decorations where we can take photos.
