The service is terrible; they are dishonest in their dealings and agreements. You don’t get everything you want; there are always flaws in the details and a lack of organization. The people in charge are untrustworthy. The place is shabby and doesn’t live up to expectations. There’s no ventilation system at all.

We reserved an outdoor venue for engagement. The setting is wonderful, but the halls are in need of upkeep. The service was quite poor; it took a long time for them to provide water, and they requested guests to pay for coffee and tea, despite our agreement to settle the bill at the end of the event. Additionally, the staff lacked effective communication skills. Not recommended.
