Their receptionists are extremely rude and unprofessional! The staff are never there on time. They charge you extra until you ask for details then they mention that there was “a mistake”

We came 4 persons for different services.
The place is overpriced compared to the offered service. And they ask for extra 2.5% on the prices mentioned plus they change the price to higher rate than what they’ve told you through their social media page.
The girl on the reception is a bit mean to rude to assist people or to be a front desk person.
They don’t even know the difference between manicure and pedicure and they charge you for everything small details that supposed to be included in the service. I don’t recommend it and I won’t visit again.

I have cut and dyed my hair, I have received amazing service and what I exactly wished for. Belal is very decent and listened to what I wanted exactly. Overall amazing service and I am extremely happy with my hair

They are so professional specially “Kawthar”
