I booked Evo Gel appointments for both me and my sister in advance. When we arrived, there were only two technicians. One started with my sister while the other was busy. Once she finished, instead of taking my appointment, she started working on a customer who had just arrived, even though I had booked and arrived first.
When I spoke to the owner, she blamed it on a “misunderstanding” and said the person handling bookings doesn’t speak English well, even though they had been replying to me in English. No solution or apology was offered, so I left without getting my service.
Very poor organization and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The girls there are so friendly but the place is insanely overpriced! Never blind use their services without asking about prices first.
And also they don’t do any better than other salons they are simply average.
