The worst delivery in Egypt.. The order was from 8:10 and now it’s 10:26 and customer service tells me it will still arrive in half an hour to an hour… Last time I order… I’m deprived 🙈

The service was terrible! I bought a cream from them and they charged me twice on the bill. I only bought one, and when I went back to tell them about the mistake, they said they’d check the security cameras. I went back two days later and stood there waiting, and in the end, they told me it wasn’t visible on the cameras. Shame on you!
