I booked my first session after seeing their Instagram ads, but the experience was disappointing.
The clinic was dark, no one was at reception, and the staff was rude and unwelcoming.
They discussed treatment details before checking my name or reservation, and repeatedly asked why I wouldn’t do private areas, which made me very uncomfortable.
I was left waiting with no guidance, and the overall experience felt unprofessional.

اسوأ تجربه جربتها مكان سيء جدا والانتظار طويل جدا دا غير الكول سنتر وحش جدا وبيحجزو غلط دايما وبيأخروك ويقولو الماده موجوده اروح من سفر ساعتين يقولو مش موجوده ومره اروح ولما اوصل يبعتو رساله ان في صيانه ويأخروني ومش راضيين ادخل دي قله زوق الصراحه

The laser treatment itself was practically painless, and the specialist made sure I was comfortable throughout the session🥺♥️
After just a few session I noticed a huge difference.. my skin feels smoother and the results are definitely worth it .. If you’re looking for a high quality laser treatment with professional and friendly service I highly recommend this clinic..
