I went to the Lizabella branch near the Ministry of Tourism and it was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I had agreed on a package price, but throughout the session, they kept offering me different deals and packages despite my repeated refusals to change anything.

No one listened to me. Every time I asked for something specific, they’d tell me, “No, this massage isn’t better for you,” or “This type isn’t suitable for your skin.” I refused many times, but the constant nagging made me agree just to pass the time. They were even giving me a choice of creams, claiming they were part of the package, but when I went outside, I discovered they were being charged extra.

When I went to ask about the prices, the receptionist hid the price list from me, even though I asked to see it. They told me, “We’re not allowed to show it to the customer.” How is that even possible? There was a lot of confusion with the prices; they’d give one price and then change it.

The people working there are doing things wrong and are surprised when they’re told it’s wrong and shouldn’t be done. Are these people supposed to be experienced?

A terrible experience. The purpose of the visit was to relax and unwind, but I left feeling awful and having paid 500 Egyptian pounds more than agreed upon and the package price.
