By far the worst gel nails ever. Not only did they wound me several times but we had to redo my nails because the first one did not manager to do them nicely and when I went on my honeymoon they started peeling. Never ever had gell nails peel before!!

Went to get highlights with my sister and ended up being the most terrible experience I’ve ever had.
– the colour applied to my hair was not what I asked and instead of highlights it was chunky sections applied almost half way down my hair.
– the blow dry was also terrible as my scalp was burnt multiple times even with complaints
– one of the workers (Mostafa) was very lazy and moved very slow. Even his colleagues shouted at him for his lack of effort. Multiple times I was just left for long periods as no one came for me
– the receptions were also awful people and refused for me to pay with visa. The total cost was 20000 which is crazy to carry around in cash.
-lastly once we started complaining they became aggressive and rushed things. My sister had requested for her hair to be cut (550 egp !!) and we had already paid but they never cut it and we were still charged. We didn’t realise until we had got out as we were very angry and too caught up to notice
The prices are insane and I highly recommend you do not visit if you want to be happy.

Terrible experience! Colour was not what I asked and ended up being green coloured! Mustafa was also very lazy and got multiple shouts from other workers. The blow dry was also terrible as was rushed and my hair frizzed up within an hour. Also dyed my friend’s scalp and did not remove the extra colour. Very overpriced was 20000 for us both in the end. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Every time I decide to go this place due to how convenient the location is for me, I end up regretting it.
Bad hair cut. Saw Ramadan today. Asked me what I wanted but Didn’t care to ask how short I wanted the sides or the sideburns or the back … just went straight to what he liked. Sides very short with a trimmer not scissors. When I asked him to shorten the top some more , he said no as it wouldn’t look good.
They do not use neck strips so neck strips Mrs up itching from all the hair like barbars from 20 years ago. Other barbars make sure you go out with a clean face and clean clothes . Not this one. Poor service, poor quality and overpriced. Never again
