The food and view are very good
But one of the staff members was extremely disrespectful. I repeatedly asked to lower the music volume when me and my friend were the only one in the restaurant and we were trying to study, and she wouldn’t. And the last time i asked, she walked and ignored me and she never came back to apologize even though i caused a problem. Never visiting again

I visited Tag’s quite a few times now mostly because it’s close to my office so it’s convenient for an after work gathering, but I like the place because it’s usually quite and has students/office workers studying and working there, the decor is calming and the food/drinks are good.

The place is nice and quiet, as the night went on it got a little crowder, The service is good, my only comment would be the portions, other than that it’s a nice place, it also offers free wifi.

The view in the place is really good. But the service speed/details are not good at all.
We came in for breakfast but the food came out late. Some customers in another table even left as they were waiting for their food.
1) Even though we were asked details about our eggs, they didn’t come as we asked for.
2) When the food finally came, we were told (40 mins later) that one of our drinks isn’t available. We decided to just cancel it.
3) Finally, the glass the Latte came in wasn’t even clean (check the photo).
Some constructive comments: the place has a good vibe and it is a waste this is lost with the lack of quality control (at least what we saw in our experience), so please
a) Make the waiters write the orders to make sure everything comes out correctly;
b) Make sure the dishes are cleaned well !! ;
c) Be timely!!
