I know the scale only goes up to 5, but Kebda El Falah honestly deserves a 7-star rating. The absolute, unmatched highlight of this place is the phenomenal and otherworldly taste of their legendary Alexandrian liver.
Instead of ordering the traditional pre-made baguette sandwiches, I decided to go for a platter directly on a plate. Eating it this way, where you simply take the bread and scoop the fresh, hot liver straight from the plate. This is a game-changer and makes the flavor experience so much better!
The flavor profile is an absolute masterpiece: perfectly cooked, tender liver packed with a rich, savory blend of garlic, spices, and a fiery kick of green chili. Squeezing fresh lime juice over it yourself just before taking a bite creates an incredible taste explosion
It is incredibly simple yet consistently mind-blowing in quality.
The atmosphere is loud, bustling, and raw, exactly what authentic street food should be. If you visit Alexandria, skipping this spot is a crime!!!

This place is deep Alex vibes at anytime..
To be honest the liver doesn’t taste anything different from anywhere else or from the one that is homemade .. but what makes it special is the type of the bread used by the place in addition to the atmosphere where you can feel that you are always around your friends and loved ones
