The staff are not professional, and there are too few of them to properly supervise the children. I also noticed kids leaving without their parents while the staff at the door wasn’t paying any attention, which is a serious safety concern. Additionally, the café is separated from the kids’ area, making it difficult for your child to reach you. Worst experience
