My experience wasn’t good at all, I have an occasion for family member and I need a small cake, I ordered the smallest size was on their website mentioned 250 EGP, I called them better to give them the specific details like at what time they deliver to make this surprise special.
So they send a big cake that is cost 700 EGP, they asked me to send me the right one after they ruined the surprise.
A lot of calls to ask me while my meeting to give them a chance to send the right cake, I said OK, just to not ruined the day and they want to solve it.
They send the cake after the time I asked for, the price decrease from 250 EGP + 30 EGP delivery cost total 280 EGP this is what they said to me in a call… the delivery came and asked for 370 EGP !!? Even if 1 EGP extra , I’m not accepting because of the way you are dealing with your customer.
I paid just because the day is almost ended and no other option to book with another patisserie in addition the family are waiting the cake after all of this mess, so should I make another problem for the money to renewed also from my side!!!!!
The fruits wasn’t even fresh. Kindly check the attached picture to see the fruit and the difference of the the website picture and the real picture that they sent to me at the end.
I blamed myself that I ordered from Angelina patisserie Foad street.
My post attached a screenshot for the cake mentioned the price as a proof.
I’m not recommended at all, the occasion was very special, they renewed it and was unable to reach on time.

Untrustworthy for any occasion.
Taste (not worth it to go through this mess again)… there is another patisserie shop like LA decoupe pricy but honest, visibility, respect their customers requests, and no spamming.

The best mini gateaux and sable. Everything is very fresh. It is relatively expensive but worth it. Too bad no branches in Cairo. I love all the chocolate minis

Best of the best
Their chocolate is different and the cream is well made. Cakes are amazing. Staff are really helpful and decent. They really know that they sell desert and happiness. The shop is really fantastic style similar to patisserie shops in Sweden and Italy. I wish they can make ice cream and coffee and standup tables.
