Ahlan Egypt for Cultural Activities

​I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ahlan World in Egypt!
​I started with a two-week course in Egyptian Arabic at the Alexandria branch. My teacher there, Ines, was incredibly skilled, patient and highly professional. Even though two weeks is a relatively short time, her teaching method was so effective that I feel I’ve already laid a very solid foundation to start speaking the dialect.
​A special thank you goes to the school director, Amira. She is fantastic: extremely professional, deeply dedicated and always available to help students with anything they might need.
​After my time in Alexandria, I had the opportunity to continue my classes for three days at the Ahlan World branch in Cairo. The Cairo center is beautiful and very welcoming. My teacher there was Zamzam, and she was absolutely excellent and great to work with as well.
​The overall atmosphere at Ahlan World, across both locations, is friendly and perfectly organized. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to study Arabic or Egyptian Arabic in Egypt. I hope to come back soon!

I did a 5-day intensive course (“Bildungsurlaub”) on MSA and I had a really positive experience! Although the school was supposed to be closed (because of eid al-Fitr), they could arrange the course for me because I didn’t have much flexibility on my trip to Alexandria.
The school is very good located (close to the coast, very nice cafés and the library). I walked every day there and could enjoy the vibe of the city before entering the lesson.
I’m very greatful to my teacher, Salma, who took the time to teach me, explain to me my doubts and also listen to my objectives for the course. She adapted the material to my needs and was very clear with her explanations. We were able to cover many topics in very little time.
It was definitely a great experience that I would without a doubt – if I could – do again. I can totally recommend the school and Salma for anyone who is looking for an experience like this!

I studied at Ahlan Alexandria for four months and it was an exceptional experience! The school offers a welcoming and inspiring environment, with a diverse group of students and highly dedicated teachers. The professors are remarkably professional, passionate and patient, always ensuring that each student feels supported and motivated.
Ms. Amira is the heart of the school. She greets everyone with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure every student has the best possible experience.
