I recently had the pleasure of having dinner at the restaurant at Semiramis InterContinental Cairo, and it was a wonderful experience.
The food was excellent, the atmosphere was elegant, and the service was truly exceptional. I would especially like to thank Wael Youssef for his outstanding hospitality. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Wael is a great example of the high standards of service that guests hope to find at a luxury hotel. Thank you, Wael, for making our evening so memorable. I look forward to returning soon.

Enjoyed a dinner with new friends in the pane vino restaurant. Excellent attentive reception. Delicious meal. One person at our table said it was the best meal she has had in over a year. Our waiter Mohamed Sami provided excellent care and service. Quiet reasonable prices.

Our experience at The Grill in the InterContinental Cairo was absolutely outstanding and truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt refined, welcoming, and perfectly curated — from the elegant atmosphere to the stunning Nile views that set the tone for a perfect evening.

The food was simply exceptional. Every dish was prepared with precision and passion, using top-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation. The flavors were rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly reflected a high level of culinary expertise. It was one of those meals where every course feels special.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the impeccable service. A special thank you to Ahmed Sedky, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and handled every detail with elegance and confidence.

We also want to warmly thank Adele, whose kindness, friendliness, and attentive service added a personal and memorable touch to the evening. Her warm smile and thoughtful approach made the experience feel both luxurious and comfortable at the same time.
