Honestly, the place is great, and the professor and administration are very helpful. There’s constant encouragement, and if you need anything, no one hesitates to help. I’ve been studying Spanish for four months now, and I feel I’ve made tremendous progress and that I’m doing well in the language.

I took a french course there it was a disaster.
The session should be an hour and half each time but the tutor never showed up on time most of the time we started half an hour late but of course they end the session on time so it lasts only one hour.the session is mixed on site and online and the zoom meeting gets disconnected each 45 mins so we get interrupted and a lot of time is wasted (from that 1 hour ). They asked us to pay for the books and gave them to us almost a month after we paid plus we never used them they just sell it for the profit. The tutor is friendly but she doesn’t really have a plan and doesn’t know what she is doing it was chaotic and unprofessional ,every time she says we’ll be doing this and that but we never really do any of what she says. Every time she says oh no we wont be doing this (whatever she told us we would do before) it’s too advanced for you.it was just a complete mess and a waste of time by both the tutor and the guy who runs the place also one of the receptionists is rude.one more thing the place is on the 7th floor they let you use the elevator going up but when you’re leaving u have to take the stairs,what kind of business is this really.
