I have had dinners at Four Seassons around the world, so the expectation were high, very high.
Tea, I got a pot of tea and I asked for a medium tenderloin with nothing but the smashed potato and avocado. Nothing else, plenty rosemary.
Medium, there was nothing red in the steak when they brought the two coins. What a difference from South America.
Musgroom, gravy and half a garlic, everything I had NOT asked for.
The avocado was very watery, they pick the avocado before they are ripe and they gas them with a special gas to get them ripe. That means that all the healthy fat and the good taste are gone. Just very watery. I do not know if we can blame this on four Seassons, but I had expected more, way nore for this price.
I am on diet, but I decided to have a dessert and I asked for almond bisques with merengue and lemon cream. I asked for a supertanker with whipped cream to come with the dessert.
They came back to tell me that it would take 20 minutes to make the whipping cream. Is this a joke?
I waited, and I waited, my tea was getting cold. I poured a cup and they had put the tea bag in the pot, the bag came out and landed in my cup. what was the old Greek guy Archemedes say, about displacement? well, anyway, my cup was full of tea bag and the tea was in my lap and on the table. I was not happy.
They brought the dessert and I asked where the whipped cream was. He pointed on the plate and I told him that this was lemon cream, not whipped cream. It should be on the plate as per the menu.
I had already asked for the bill but the bill never came. They brought the dessert for the second time, now it was only the almont thing and whipped cream. No lemon cream or merengue
– We do not charge you for the dessert!
– I will not eat it even if you give me 100 Dollar
My tea was cold and they offered a new pot, I told them that I should have been home in bed a long time ago. I paid my bill and they brought me a papper cup with tea on the go.
– Are you joking?
This was very bad and I will not come back again!

Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel. Lovely spot right by the sea, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere.
Wide variety for breakfast, all of very good quality. Service was impeccable — friendly, smiling, and detail-oriented. A perfect way to start the day.
Can’t comment on lunch or dinner prices as we only came for breakfast.

A very unique restuarant with its special location on sea side of Alexanderia Egypt ,the weather was fantastic although it was month of August as well as music play and the landscape was really fantastic.
Servers were polite and fast ,manager of restuarant was checking on the orders ,Food was appetizing ,value over money is good .parking is available.

It’s a lovely place to have breakfast or lunch ,you can enjoy the seaview and lovely sea atmosphere.
Menu is expensive but offers great international plates.
You can park in the shopping center and go to the beach through the tunnel.
The negative points : ordering a salad and seeing lots of damaged lattice , not acceptable for a four season hotel.
Management sould consider a more modern and light dressing for the staff by the beach lounge, otherwise we see the staff suffering from heat and sweating which is not pleasent to see or smell!!
