The memories you get from this is crazy when you were a kid I visited magic planet 3 years ago and it had more games and fun but now It doesn’t.

We have visited this Magic Planet once and the experience was relatively good although the first staff member was not friendly and didn’t want to explain how things work clearly which caused a couple of problems later but the manager has managed to resolve the issues. Prices for games were good in general and I liked the idea of having bonus in particular the high one for 1000 EGP to get extra 700 EGP is cool. A variety of options for different ages, not long waiting on the games, most of the staff were helpful, not very busy too.

They have many wonderful attractions for kids and adults as well. However, they are very short staffed and some of the employees operate more than one game. So if you need assistance you’d wait for a while. Also, there is only one cashier, which creates a long paying queue

Fun place and adequate customer service. The only reason for 4 star is that they have a faulty system in charging the rechargeable cards with money. You always leave with money in it and you get toys when you collect more than 1500 tickets. Which is absurd, I always give the card away to someone else before leaving as it doesn’t make sense to carry the card around until you come next time

Wonderful for kids of all ages with big range of games and machines for playing. Only issue that it is extremely crowded . There is no limit of people entering.
