I would like to make a complaint about my recent experience. The food was okay, but the service was very disappointing. We had to ask for everything multiple times before it was prepared or brought to us, which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable.

The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized, and the overall service did not meet expectations. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of service for future customers.

Amazing place, amazing service. You need to ask for Nader, he is a very pleasant waiter.
The food there is delicious and I suggest the lava chocolate cake

I was a stay in hotel guest in October last year and brought my family today in our oneday trip to Alexandria to experience the skyroof atmosphere, service and food. I called the number on this website before arriving to check if needed any reservation as it is 7 of us and we are nearby n arriving in less than half an hour and what is the minimum order rate. I was told you are welcome and just walk in and inform the resturant that we are a walk-in guest and minimjm order per person is EGP 240. We arrived looking forward to experience the hospitality. We were rudly asked if any reservatiom so i explained as was told on the phone and asked if there is any issue we can leave. A commotion happened among the staff while we were left standing then a staff lady took us to a table n left us for sometime when we asked for the menu she came to inform the condition of minimum order of EGP 290 per person so i told her i called n was told its 240. She rudly asked where do i get such info, told her called the number on this google page today before coming over . she can say, you shud have checked our IG n communicate thru IG only an info unknown to me as i am a vivid traveller and google has been my my reference for any resturant or places of interest . I even added I was a guest here last year in same hotel and before i finished my statement, she was impatient and said last year was last year so you dont compare, actually its not the issue of the price, but how could it change in less than half an hour and the attitude is what bother me the most.. As a guest who was once stayed in the hotel n bringing my overseas family to this place and being treated in such manner was a truly a slap with such manners . First whoever picked up the call seemed has no clue of the policy that no walk in guests are welcomed and expect to be rudly treated and the minimum rate quoted on phone can differ as it got inflated within half an hour. My family were upset and have decided to go to a different place and we gladly did that and had an awesome time with a great hospitable polite staff. Your staff were truly unprofessional and rude and had no sense of courtesy towards overseas customers. They do not know how to handle such situations with courtesy and politness. You are in an industry of hospitality so teach them such manner. I shall never ever recommend your place to any of my friends being local or global after this lousy experience.

The food is not worth the price, I ordered grilled salmon and it had no taste, the rice and vegetables were okay. For starters I had teriyaki shrimps and even that was not so nice, very oily. The view is good though. The service not good cuz I had not tissues on the table and when I asked for it they didn’t understand.

Staying at this vintage hotel was an unforgettable experience, blending timeless charm with modern comfort in the most delightful way. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who made every effort to ensure that my stay was smooth, comfortable, and truly memorable. Their professionalism was matched by a genuine sense of hospitality, which gave the entire place a homely yet elegant feel.
The hotel itself carries a unique character, with beautifully preserved vintage architecture and décor that transport you to another era while still offering all the conveniences of today. My room was exceptionally spacious, tastefully furnished, and offered a sense of calm and comfort. What stood out most, however, was the breathtaking view from the window—waking up each morning to such a stunning backdrop was an experience on its own.
Equally impressive was the hotel’s restaurant, which deserves special recognition. It is not just a place to eat, but an experience to savor. The menu was carefully curated, offering a wide selection of both local and international dishes, each prepared with great attention to detail and freshness. Every meal I had there was a highlight, from the flavorful breakfast to the exquisite dinner. And the view from the restaurant only elevated the entire dining experience—whether it was enjoying a morning coffee bathed in golden sunlight or a candlelit dinner overlooking the serene landscape.
The rooftop area was another favorite spot, perfect for unwinding in the evening while taking in panoramic views. Although some road noise could be heard at times, it was a small detail compared to everything else the hotel offered.
Overall, this vintage hotel and its exceptional restaurant create the perfect destination for anyone seeking relaxation, charm, and beauty in one place.
