Greatly designed Gardens with beaches as well. I loved this place but somehow Egypt feels like you have to pay money for breathing. Entrance fee, then Garden fee, then golf car fee to go to the beaches and back from beaches again fee, beache fee and if u want a gd table they will ask for tips…so overall beautiful place and beach was nice and clean but the vibes, salespeople and how things are managed kills the vibe and beauty.
Built in 1892 by Khedive Abbas II, this is one of Alexandria’s genuine gems. Vast, lush, beautifully maintained green spaces dotted with palaces and framed by breathtaking sea views. Locals come here to picnic, walk, breathe. Always full of life but never chaotic. You can easily spend 3+ hours here without rushing. I’d come back every time I’m in the area — it genuinely clears your head. 🏛️🌊 A must, no question.
Very nice place especially after the renovation. They have Golf cars inside that can take you around for 30 EGP per person. Which was convenient. The place is really big and has nice greenery. However I noticed a lack of garbage bins and hence everyone is throwing their trash on the Grass. It’s really sad to see that Egyptians cannot take care of public Parks. They are charging a 55 EGP entry fee for Egyptians and 10$ (510Egp) for foreigners which is a totally ripoff …it’s 10x the price of locals. The should charge Egyptians more for littering the place.
