They were very unprofessional! First time i went there was 8th December. I asked for a keychain and wanted it in a specific size . Two days later i found out that they changed the size cuz they thought ” its too small ” when i actually wanted it that small ! I paid for it and kindly asked them to redo it and stick to the size i asked for ! After two days they contacted me and i went to get it ! They did it in the size i wanted but didnt remove the white background like i asked and it looked poor made too ! He said he thought i wanted that but i never said so! (He wasn’t paying any attention) i made it clear what i want i even sent them visual examples !
I asked them again kindly to redo it and it was the 18th December.. today its 30th and they haven’t contacted me to give me the chain and completely wasted my time and money ! I don’t recommend them at all ! they are so unprofessional and i spent a month trying to get a small key chain from them ! What a waste ! I understand ppl can mess up but it went for too long and that is so unprofessional such a bad experience .
