My experience at the clinic was excellent. The team was professional and cooperative, and they explained all the details before the procedure. The results were very natural and even better than I expected. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the service is of a high standard. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for safe and professional cosmetic treatments.

Overall, procedure went really well, but there are a few things that bothered me as a customer.

First, Id like to highlight positives:

– As of today, my hair looks and feels very healthy – which is main reason I go for treatments like this.
– I really appreciated how polite everyone was throughout process. I was offered water or anything I wanted multiple times, which was nice.
– Another plus: the product they used on my hair didnt have an unpleasant smell, which was amazing.

Now, downsides:

– Id prefer not to be photographed without my knowledge. I came for a treatment, not as a model, and I paid full price. In Russia, its standard to ask, “Do you mind if I take before-and-after photos of your hair?” and only proceed after getting consent.
– I was also surprised by final price. When we were messaging, you mentioned price starts from 2000 EGP and depends on hair thickness and length. So I assumed maximum would be around 4000–5000 EGP. But in end, I was told it would be 8000 EGP, which really caught me off guard. I felt like I might have been overcharged because Im not local. In Russia, prices are much more reasonable.
– Id also like to mention hygiene: stylist used a regular brush on my hair – it wasnt sealed in a package or opened in front of me, so I couldnt be sure it had been properly sanitized. In Russia, personal items like hairbrushes are sanitized under UV light before each client, and only freshly unpacked brushes are used. Just to be clear — Im not expecting a brand-new brush, just one thats been properly disinfected. There were also a couple of times stylist dropped a brush on floor and kept using it on my hair without replacing it, which is definitely not hygienic. (And considering I paid much more than I would in Russia, I was paying attention to these details.)
– I also understand we are in a Muslim country and I fully respect customs, but I wouldve appreciated being told in advance that men arent allowed inside. Unfortunately, I dont always feel safe in Egypt, so my husband usually accompanies me. It might help to add a note on Google Maps saying “no men allowed” — that way, couples can plan ahead. My husband ended up waiting outside for entire 5-hour procedure.

I also want to note that if you are not a local, you will have a hard time finding this studio, as it is located in a very recessed area of ​​an apartment building.
