Cozy place, I have been to this place twice ,didn’t try the game rooms yet

Basically i called the place on 29th of may to reserve a place there with my friends to watch the UCL final game and i gave the person who was with me on the line all the details and told me ok we reserved u a place
Then i called him again later to check if he booked for me and he said yes i booked it for you
So i went with my friends we were like 8 people and when we entered he told me there is no booking by the name of yours
I told him to check again and still no name shown
I was soooo mad about it and it was a really bad experience
